It's Michaela here, so nice to meet you! I'll share some personal things and my backround.

Being a model, nutrition and watching my waistline is 90% of my career. I've tried to do the best I can and to be honest at times it made me miserable. Why? Because I have a massive sweet tooth and food is my first love.

Over the course of the years I've preferred to cook and bake myself as I always watched the ingredients and nutrition value very closely and I became damn good in kitchen in the process.

I'm sharing with you everything i learned in last 10 years about nutrition, health and weight management.
